A: For weddings, corporate summits, and product launches, we recommend booking 2 to 4 months in advance to secure top venues and preferred rates. For birthdays and private parties, 2 to 3 weeks is usually sufficient, depending on date availability.

Q3: Do you only manage events in Bengaluru?

A: While Namma Bengaluru is our primary hub, we regularly produce destination weddings, corporate retreats, and multi-city launches across Karnataka, Goa, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu.

Q6: What happens if it rains or there is a power failure during an outdoor event?

A: Contingency planning is built into every project. We mandate waterproof canopy protection for electronics during monsoon seasons and ensure heavy-duty diesel generator (DG) backups are installed for all major setups.

Q7: How do you handle licensing and local government permissions in Bengaluru?

A: Our experienced team navigates local administrative channels to assist with sound permissions, BBMP venue clearances, police intimations, and mandatory music licenses (PPL/IPRS/Novex).

Q8: Will there be a dedicated manager on the day of the event?

A: Yes. You will be assigned a dedicated Event Director and on-site floor team who will oversee setup, vendor timings, artist schedules, and guest logistics from start to finish.
