Welcome to Bengaluru Production House. By visiting our website or hiring our event management and production services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

1. Scope of Services

Bengaluru Production House provides end-to-end event production, including venue sourcing, stage setup, lighting, sound engineering, catering coordination, artist management, photography/videography, and logistics execution. Final scope details are formalized in individual Client Work Orders / Contracts.

2. Booking, Advance Payment & Billing

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance deposit along with a signed service agreement.

• Payment Schedule: The remaining 50% balance must be settled at least 7 days prior to the event date.

• Overtime & Scope Changes: Any additional requests, extra equipment, or extended event hours beyond the agreed contract will be billed as additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Event preparation involves immediate commitments to venues, suppliers, and personnel. In the event of client cancellation:

• More than 30 Days Before Event: 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.

• 15 to 30 Days Before Event: 25% of the advance amount will be refunded.

• Less than 15 Days Before Event: Advance payment is strictly non-refundable due to non-recoverable vendor bookings.

4. Client Responsibilities & Venue Authorizations

• Permissions & Licenses: Unless explicitly assigned to us in writing, the client is responsible for securing mandatory government/local police permissions, PPL/IPRS music licenses, and venue NOCs.

• Venue Access: The client must ensure our production team receives full access for setup (load-in) at least 6 to 12 hours prior to the event start time, depending on production scale.

5. Damages & Guest Conduct

• The client assumes financial responsibility for any physical damage caused to our production equipment, stage structures, props, or rental property due to reckless behavior, misconduct, or vandalism by event guests or invitees.

6. Intellectual Property

All original branding materials, event design concepts, stage renders, and promotional content created by Bengaluru Production House remain our exclusive intellectual property. Reproduction without express written consent is prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
